Wells Ideas is team of experts led by its president Thomas Cocuzza and senior project manager Anthony Caffiero. We have agreements with many developers, designers, and other experts in various areas. These agreements allow us to bid on much larger jobs that many individual consultants cannot handle. However, regardless of the number of people working on the project, all of our work is managed by our two main principals to maintain quality and company standards. This gives our clients the feel of working with a large company without the overhead and loss of attention. Many of our clients do not even realize there have been multiple people working on their project.
